Bush Play for Autistic Children

Children connecting with Nature. This year we will be offering a weekly bush school which will provide opportunities for children with autism, ADHD and sensory-processing disorder and their families to access the bush peacefully and safely. We know time spent in the bush can restore attention and reset the senses, reducing stress and increasing awareness of others. This session will be run by one of our experienced bush school teachers and supported by Carolyn Galbraith, our volunteer who is a special educator with many years experience supporting children with autism and their families. All welcome; no diagnosis needed.
