Furaha Mamas exists to support parents struggling with Postnatal Depression. This group was created as a response to a need. This need was that those struggling with post natal depression felt they needed to connect with those who understand the journey. This wonderful group is a supportive community that connects both physically and in an online capacity. There is a playgroup as well as information sessions throughout the year.
