A workout for mum- Kanga style. KangaTraining is, post natal exercise classes for Mums and Bubs.
Kanga has been designed by a Mid Wife for Mums to exercise safely after pregnancy and birth. We are trained in pelvic floor, baby wearing, Diastasis Recti and much more. Come bond with Bub and get a great work out because, Bubs normally fall asleep in the carriers, when we get our dance on!!!
