Gillian is passionate about helping women move well, feel great, exercise appropriately, gain confidence, reach goals, and maintain or regain deep core (hello back pain!) and pelvic floor function. She is qualified to work with many aspects of physical training, always adding to her understanding of the body and how to help women understand theirs.

Gillian runs various classes, including small groups for pregnancy, post natal, core and floor work and also personal training sessions. Even outdoor pram fitness.
Classes vary and bookings are required.
